-Worked as the Director of a leading Pan india educational group, a coaching brand which had over 50 centres across India, for 16 years providing services like CAT and other management Entrances training, MCA and Banking Preperation. (Can't take the name of the coaching institute. It was a franchise business. The franchisor winded up the operations pan india so all the centres closed down.)

Trained over 1000 students at these centres.

Looked after branding, sales, marketing, finance, HR, training and other activities.

Managed a team of 50 professionals

Won best centre award, best marketing award, best PR award, Best branding award.

Sent over 100 students to IIMs and over 1000+ students to top 20 B schools.

He is now looking for a job and i feel he can go for consulting roles. With this level of experience he is suitable for leadership and strategic management roles. He has a zeal to outperform and I feel his talent is getting wasted because of lack of right opportunities.

He is willing to relocate to gurgaon/new delhi/ ncr regions.
