So what could be the reason Nørgaard barely got any minuted this season?

Honestly, he was not bad at all for the few games he played, and especially im the last game against Crystal Palace, you could see they guy really tries hard. I always felt he would be a great sub for Zubi or Rice, and yet, even with Zubi's terrible form the last 3 month, Nørgaard barely got any minutes. Does Arteta not trust him or what could be the issue?
