how to market/make sell in a business in nepal

so my mom is actually talented in a lot of things..shes a retired professor but a very active person..she just doesn't want to sit still..one of her passion is crochet and another is some few handmade food items that do have good shelf life but we don't have knowledge on how to market that or where to sell because we once tried and failed terribly (for some other business) so what would y'all recommend to do?
