The New Characters Are Cool, But…

Not sure if this is a hot take, but I honestly wish they had spent more time and focus on new maps and QoL improvements, like better world destruction, improvements to custom battles, and UI updates, instead of putting so much focus into adding a huge amount of characters.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m excited about the new game modes, maps, and mechanics they’re adding. I just feel like most of the new characters are unnecessary since I’ll probably never use the majority of them, especially the more obscure side characters.

That said, I know everyone wants different things added to the game. Just wanted to share my opinion. Not sure if anyone else feels the same way.
