Is service of the product takes time?

Recently I bought hyperx cloud 3 wired from Amazon. But I got a faulty product.

So I decided to contact customer care ... As the product included service center replacement... So when I contacted customer care they provided me with the closest service center... But once I reached there ... They are saying it will take 10 days to get a replacement.... So what to do?

This is very poor service if it takes so much to get service . Then what is point of this service center...
