MyGate vs NoBrokerHood vs ADDA vs ApnaComplex: which use case fits which society?
Many Delhi/NCR societies benchmark MyGate, ApnaComplex and ADDA primarily with regards to access to visitors or access through the resident app. However, many RWAs face the greater challenge of accounting.
For accounting-heavy societies, the key things are:
- Different flat size/towers have different maintenance billing requirements.
- Track payments and outstanding dues
- Residence ledgers and receipts
- Defaulter reminders
- Vendors bills and expense records
- Audit-ready reports
- Access for treasurer/committee/facility team.
- Clean handover when the RWA changes
My rough understanding:
MyGate could be the answer to the society's looking at all-in-one accounting and visitor management, complaints, and resident communication solutions.
ApnaComplex is mentioned quite a bit for the ERP/accounting-oriented society operations.
ADDA also appears in apartment accounting and community management.
In case any of these have been used by you or Delhi/NCR RWA members:
Which one did the accounting job better?
Did it actually save Excel/Tally work, or did the treasurer still keep separate records?
