Built something to solve property document chaos in Indian families — would love brutal feedback from this community

'm from Delhi NCR. Over the last few years I kept seeing the same problem — in my own family and with people around me.

Someone owns property. Could be one flat, could be four. They know everything — which lawyer handled what, which bank locker has the originals, which plot was bought in whose name. It all lives in their head.

The family knows almost nothing.

And when something happens — or even when nothing happens and a child just asks their father a question — it becomes a mess. Documents missing. Properties nobody knew existed. Disputes that didn't need to happen.

I tried to solve this. Built something called Amaanat. Been using it with my own family and a few friends — but I want honest feedback from people who actually deal with real estate.

**Does this problem feel real to you? And does my solution make sense?**

**Login:** Just your phone number and an OTP. No password. No Gmail. Installs on your home screen like a real app.

**On security:** Documents are encrypted at rest. Hidden notes use end-to-end encryption — we genuinely cannot read them. Only you can, with your passkey.

**What's coming:** Sell your property directly from Amaanat — public listing, brokers only, or completely private.
