how can I have a small chat and/or get an autograph?

Hi, I know this is a stupid question… but I’m kinda new into this and also kinda stupid so I wanted to ask 😅

So recently they are coming to my town and I really want to have a small chat or at least get an autograph. I have contact (if it counts as a contact?) with their drummer, dirk, as he responded to my video online. I messaged him again but could not get an answer.

Other than that I have a digital drawing of all of them and I am planning on maybe posting it online and tagging them? Or just sending it to them directly? Idk.

I am not sure about how meet & greet works, but seems like they are not making it either. Also, I have a digital membership to their cyber army, if that helps.
