I really wanted ece but got just a few marks below (2 marks). Now ik that cutoff might change this year higher or lower idk. So, am I safe for eee at Goa, if so at what iteration can i expect? Afaik if I wait till last iteration, I'm not getting a full refund. (I'm only interested in Pheonix)
