Readmission

So a little context, I was in BMCC and had to drop out early last year due to family reasons. Now that everything is stable again, I want to go back to BMCC. The only thing is every time I try to do a re-admissions application, it just sends me to a regular one. I don’t know if it’s supposed to look different? I tried emailing them, but I never got an answer back. I wanna make sure I get this done as soon as possible. Is there something I’m doing wrong? Is there a special link I’m missing? Any help is appreciated.
