NUCAT(READ THIS BEFORE GIVING ONLINE TEST)
I am writing regarding my NUCAT examination session held on [28/05 2:00pm to 4:00pm ].
I joined the examination on time and was fully prepared to take the test. During the verification process, the proctor informed me that I was using an external webcam and stated that only the laptop's inbuilt webcam was permitted.
I respectfully requested permission to continue and also tried explaining that the external webcam was only being used for better video quality and the webcam on laptop was not properly working while i gave the mock test,so inorder to prevent it during the exam i used an usb external webcam (Zebronics Zeb Live Pro). However, before I could properly resolve the issue or continue with the examination, I was blocked from attempting the test.
I called the help line multiple times but they ignored it and it was on voice mail.l messaged them more than 25 types but they were not concerned about anything rather wanted me to unatempt the test.
There were such illogical rules of not keeping the charger on while attempting the test. When i said my battery lastest for only 90min since CODETANTRA is a kernal level software it
consumes more power and i even said it is not a C-type charger they ignored the fact and asked me to do it on another laptop, now how on the earth am i supposed to bring another laptop are the people working there high?
It was soo unprofessional from their side i gave up the test just because of a webcam those people destroy the future of students making them emotionally stressed and frustrated.
The fee i paid for that test is not refundable and I don't care about that but think about those who can't come to exam centre and give online test instead and those people block them by pressing a button over a silly reason.
At last i want to say these people care about making money not thinking about the future of a student. Their under professionalism makes them responsibility for the suspension of my test not my technicial availability. May Karma hit them hard
