Arctic Lepoard XE Pro R

Hello, I know this is the surron reddit but i figured yall know more about bikes than me. Im thinking about getting the XE Pro R and im wondering if anyone knows what the actual real realistic range is. Ive been watching some videos and one guy is getting like 30-45 miles riding in the city, but chat gpt says the bike will get like 45 to 60 and 100+ in eco mode, so im not really sure who to believe. Would I be able to tune the bikes modes to make eco mode have more regen and less power to make it more eco but also be able to tun sport mode to make the bike faster? I know it goes like 60mph stock but im wondering if I can tune the bike to go faster, and what is the actual top speed out of the box. Sorry for the rambling qustions but thank you to anyone who responds!
