Holly Hill Mental Health Facility Failed Its Patients—And It Needs to Close

I was a patient at Holly Hill Mental Health Facility, and what I experienced there wasn't treatment—it was a nightmare. The negligence, abuse, and cruelty I witnessed were systematic. Girls weren't kept safe. We were drugged for trying to cope, deliberately triggered, and left injured without care. One girl collapsed unconscious in a hallway while nurses told her to "get up." Another had a seizure and lost the ability to walk—and staff just didn't care.

I started a petition demanding that North Carolina's regulators investigate Holly Hill and shut it down. A facility where patients are mistreated instead of healed shouldn't exist—and it won't if we make enough noise about it.
