Possible to walk around the reservoir beside Chestnut Hill Mall Bloomingdale's?

Or is it off limits to the public and without any walking path?

I think it's used for drinking water?

Is there a pond nearby there to walk in Newton?

Other than the Rt. 9 Reservoir near Chestnut Hill Ave? I'm aware of Chestnut Hill Reservoir near Boston College.
