Antihistamine & antisickness mix - have I messed up?

Hi all, I took an antisickness at 10pm last night - 50mg of cyclizine hydrochloride, and I just took a 10mg of Loratadine anti histamine as I feel like crap and wasn’t sure if it was a histamine reaction. after googling it it says they can’t be combined - have I messed up? I’m pretty scared now as it says increased difficulty urinating etc.
