Stuttering/hitching on RDNA2 on Linux

I have bad stuttering with my 6700 xt if I do ultra environment quality or more especially, still present at high and medium. It seems like the recent update fixed nothing for RDNA2, I've tried different Proton versions, launch options, disabling rebar, changing other settings and nothing has worked. If anyone knows of a fix I'd appreciate it
