Steam overlay doesn't work

Hi all, as said in the title, I can't open the Steam overlay, neither take screenshots.

I saw on the Forza forums on Steam that other people have the same problem, but nobody have a solution yet.

I think there is something wrong with the stupid Windows game bar, but I can't find what.

Any ideas?
