Does DC do legacy numbering for all of its long-running titles?
Is it similar to what Marvel does with theirs where, at the very least, despite relaunches and whatnot, they'd still slap a legacy number to an old and still continuing book to highlight that this is its nth issue, especially whenever a title is close to reaching a landmark numbered issue?
Also I noticed only now that the current Matt Fraction run doesn't seem to carry legacy numbering at the moment while the still ongoing/long delayed/overdue/needs to die at this point Hush 2 has them. If that latter run concludes, would that be when the current run will be given legacy numbers in future issues and reprints?
Thanks. :)
