The onboarding feels like a waste of time, no feedback at all

Spent a full day going through the onboarding process (rubrics, writing open questions, following instructions), submitted everything, writing long justification sentences and then.. nothing. No feedback, no scoring breakdown, just a fail and the onboarding disappears.

It feels like you’re doing a full day of work with zero transparency :) and then you’re left guessing what went wrong or if you were even close. Regarding onboarding this platform is the worse I’ve seen so far.

The lack of feedback makes it feel pretty pointless.

Anyone else had this experience or managed to actually get feedback from them?
