Workplace stressor
I'm working on reducing the stress that employees feel from changes in the workplace, as the implementation of new policies and procedures can become overwhelming. Some methods to reduce this stress include: providing staff with proper training when new processes are implemented, introducing regular check‑ins with managers for reassurance on changes, and creating a psychologically safe work environment where staff can ask questions about the new processes without feeling judged.
Do any managers or employees who have dealt with workplace changes feel that these methods to reduce stress would be beneficial? Open to feedback!
