We need Female Mods
r/AskIndianWoman has grown rapidly.
About 50 daily posts and about a thousand comments in 24 hr.
This is exciting… and also a lot to moderate 😅
To keep this space safe, balanced, and aligned with its purpose, we’re looking to add one more female moderator to the team.
🌱 What This Sub Is About
#Asking Indian women genuine, respectful questions
#No gender wars, no gaslighting, no ideological agendas
#Civil discussion over loud arguments
Strong boundaries against harassment and creepy behavior
🤝 Who We’re Looking For
We’re inviting Indian women who:
#Believe in balanced, non-toxic discussion
#Are comfortable enforcing rules calmly and fairly
#Can spare 15–20 minutes a day (even intermittently)
#Are okay with removing posts/comments that derail or violate rules
You don’t need prior mod experience — maturity, clarity, and fairness matter more.
🛠️ What You’ll Help With
#Reviewing reported posts/comments
#Helping maintain tone and safety
#Supporting women contributors when boundaries are crossed
#Shaping the community as it grows
If this resonates with you, please comment below or DM the mods with a short note about why you’d like to help.
Let’s grow this space the right way, together 🌿
