side labret and vertical labret combo?

I saw this lip setup awhile ago randomly somewhere and i fell in deep love with it
Now I want to get it but a few things worry me
Does anyone have this combination, did you get it pierced in one or two sessions? The healing process???? Do they look good together or am I just easily influenced?
I swear no one has ever talked about this I can’t find anything other than google’s AI responses…
