Trying to achieve a tone

I am not a beginner but i still struggle to get the right tone. I want to do exactly the tone of vulgar display of power by pantera. Especially the solo if this love and outro. My guitar is an ibanze jem jr pink, i have the boss me-80 pedal set and a very basic amp by stagg that i just use as audio interface. Is it possible for me to achieve that tone i am chasing. If yes how? If no then what should i upgrade to so i can do that in the future?
