What are your experiences with Elvanse dose increases?

I'm currently going through titration. I started with 30mg for 7 days, and I recently moved from 30mg to 50mg of Elvanse. Honestly, 50mg feels weaker to me, which I wasn’t expecting at all.

30mg felt:

mentally noticeable

really good for mood

motivating

easier to start tasks

easier to clean/do dishes/housework

habits felt easier

focus + hyperfocus felt amazing

emotionally smooth

slightly higher HR

just didn’t last long enough

50mg feels completely different compared with 30mg:

calmer and more relaxed

Way less motivation/task initiation

more “awake” than actually productive

emotionally flatter

lower HR than 30mg

less physical stimulation

later in the day, I end up doom-scrolling and feeling more impulsive when it wears off

Has anyone else experienced this when increasing their dose? Did it improve over time, or did you end up going up a dose or back down to a lower dose?
