I Made $17K+ From LinkedIn Services… But I’m Stuck
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for real advice from people who have experience scaling a service-based business.
I started offering LinkedIn marketing services in June 2024. I got my first client in September 2024, but after that, nothing happened for the rest of the year.
Then in January 2025, things finally started moving. Throughout 2025, I made over $11,000 from my services. From January 2026 to June 2026, I’ve made around $6,000.
The problem is:
There hasn’t been much growth in my monthly income between 2025 and 2026.
I feel like I’ve hit a plateau.
I know scaling requires acquiring more clients, but honestly, that’s where I’m struggling the most right now.
A few months ago, I even hired someone to help me with outreach. Over the last 3 months, I’ve spent around $700 trying to acquire new clients, and the result has been zero new clients.
That’s what’s frustrating me the most:
I’m putting in effort, spending money, trying different things, but I still can’t figure out what the actual bottleneck is.
So now I’m trying to understand:
- Why am I unable to scale?
- What mistakes am I possibly making without realizing it?
- What should I actually focus on at this stage?
- Is this a positioning problem, an offer problem, a lead generation problem, or something else entirely?
I’d genuinely appreciate honest advice, experiences, or insights from people who’ve gone through this stage themselves.
Thank you!
