Nemo sleeping bags small enough

I'm planning on buying a new sleeping bag. I'm going on a cycle holiday (not bikepacking, but with 2 ortlieb 20L bags and 2 of 13L in the front), and I think i want to go for a Nemo spoon bag. Does anyone know if these bags are able to compress to a small size? My budget is 250 euros, any other reccomendations? I know its not a lot of money, but i'm a student and don't have much money.
