**Hello everyone,**

My name is Kasun Chathuranga, and I am a 17-year-old from Sri Lanka currently struggling with serious health and financial difficulties.

I have been diagnosed with Polycythemia and I also suffer from severe Migraine attacks that affect my daily life and health. Because of these conditions, I need regular doctor consultations, medical checkups, channeling appointments, medications, and prescription spectacles.

At the moment, my family and I are facing severe financial hardship. Every month, we spend around **Rs. 10,000** only for migraine-related doctor appointments and medicines. Sadly, I still cannot afford proper treatment and channeling for Polycythemia due to the high medical costs.

As a student trying to continue life while battling these health issues, this situation has become extremely difficult for me physically, emotionally, and financially.
