Hello lovely wise people.

I was hoping someone may have similar experience and could advise on what worked for them.

I started maintenance on 20th of March 2026 at 58.5 kg while taking 12.5 mg. The ideal maintenance band for me is 56.5 to 58.5 kg.

I started titrating doses immediately as I knew I won’t be able to increase calories up to what was needed to maintain. As I moved to 7.5 mg, I was eating maintenance calories on most days but still clearly in a deficit as the weight kept dropping. On 13th of May when I saw weight drop to 56.2 kg, I thought instead of moving to 5mg (as had just started on 7.5 mg) I will space it 10 days. As you can see the last two weeks have been an emotional and physiological hell as I seem to be going in complete reverse of what was happening before the extended spacing. I know it’s only last two weeks, yes it possibly has nothing to do with spacing, rather more food volume, glycogen levels restoring etc etc. but I have been quite bloated and behaving like a moody bitch despite going regularly, good hydration and steps and no where near having periods/luteal phase. I am now scared shitless of titrating down to 5 mg so thinking of staying at 7.5 mg and going back to weekly injections

So any words of wisdom will be much appreciated 💜
