Thrust bearing noise in manual transmission

I have a manual transmission car that makes a whirring noise when I press the clutch. I think the thrust ball bearing in the transmission input shaft is failing.

I have looked for replacement bearings on marketplaces like AliExpress, Alibaba and Amazon. I found some cheap options but I am not sure about quality nor time it will take for it to be imported.

Can I drive for a few more months or will the bearing fail suddenly? Also what are the symptoms of a completely failed thrust bearing?

I want to plan the repair without getting stranded. Any advice from auto mechanics would help.
