Baby suddenly pooping in night

My 13.5 month old was recently sleep trained and she sleeps 7pm- 6:30am with the occasional wake up where she puts herself back to sleep.

Recently (the past 2-3 weeks) she’s been pooping during her naps and night sleep. She wakes up earlier (5-6am) and often times fails to put herself back to sleep when she poops and going in to change her even in a dimly lit room wakes her up. I put a thick film of pink xav or a&d on her to try to combat diaper rash but I worry that she is still uncomfortable. I’ve been trying probiotics in the morning and that doesn’t really seem to be helping.

We eat dinner at 5 and she does have a bottle of whole milk at the beginning of her bedtime routine at 6:30pm. She also poops during the day as well (like once or twice). Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it somehow or is this just a phase that I have to get through?
