Taxi/Cab options in Sydney NSW

Hi everyone, wife and I will be travelling to Sydney in a weeks time with our 4 mo baby. We will be staying in Olympic Park for the time that we are there. Wife is hesitant on taking public transport with baby as it will take a long time.

So that leaves the question, what options and any recommendations for hiring a taxi with baby seat while we are there? Also bonus question, what should we bring and pack and stuff that we should just buy there .
