Eyelid skin feels rough and dry

Hi everyone! I just got my first lash lift and tint 5 days ago. I just noticed today that the skin on my eyelids feels rough/dry. They LOOK fine but I went to rub the skin and it feels like dry skin on my eyelid. Is this a reaction to the lift? Or is my skin just that dry possibly from the lifting process and I just noticed today?
