[MO] Is this legal?

I'm fully disabled and on section 8 housing and have lived where I'm at currently since 2011. My current lease is up May 31st and the landlord wants me to sign a new lease with my bank account number, my bank routing number, and my social security number on the very front page. I am not even sure how they acquired my bank routing number and bank account number considering I pay my rent through a tenant portal with my bank debit card. When I saw the lease that they wanted me to sign with this information on the front I told them I wanted that information removed and they refused. Then I sent a message asking how they got my bank information because I don't remember ever giving it to them and am still awaiting a response. The next day, they took my lease renewal off the portal. They have since put a new lease up for me to sign, which still has that information on the front page. They are also charging me rent for a four bedroom when I live in a three bedroom unit with a basement. They are considering the basement a bedroom even though it does not legally meet the requirements of a bedroom. I contacted housing about this and this was the reply:

The bedroom size at this point is of no financial matter, you qualify for a one bedroom voucher so all rent calculations are with that payment standard and utility allowance. As for the inspection, I will schedule a special inspection, if the unit fails, the landlord will have 30 days to remedy the infestation issue, if not completed the unit will go into abatement and a voucher to move may be issued.

As for the lease allegations, the lease agreement is between you and the landlord, you will need to consult with them to get clarity on those issues. We do not manage the lease agreement.

The infestation issue she is referring to is ants that are coming in underneath my upstairs door that goes to my back deck because they refuse to fix it along with the door downstairs in the basement that I keep covered in plastic year round because of the gaps that allow the air and insects to come in. I put in this maintenance request for these repairs on the doors six months ago and on Memorial Day the maintenance request was closed out on the portal Even though no repairs have been made, nobody has even been by to look at the doors.

The lease allegations that she is referring to in this email are the fact that they copied my signature from the last tenant portal, which was dotloop, onto the new tenant portal which is Appfolio.

I do not want to move, But I'm not sure what my options are at this point.
