Does this sound like HIV?

Hey I need some input.

I had unprotected sex with a stranger 5 days ago, today I got swollen lympnodes on my throat, and had a fever yesterday on day 4, started feeling ill at day 3 with sore throat and flu like symptoms.

Does this sound like possible HIV? I don’t know whether this is the right forum to ask. She told me she had been taking drugs before right after, dont know whether needles could have been involved, had guys calling her that night to meet up and never mentioned protection.. feels like she is a bit chaotic as a person. I was drunk and should have know better.
