Fatigue and Asthma

I have a ton of allergies (All the seasonal allergies and dust mite allergies) an light Asthma (No breathing problems but tight breast).

I am in the middle of a immunotherapy against my allergies and I take Vannair inhaler and anti histamine during pollen season. But I have still slightly inflammed lungs (FeNo 36 ppm) when pollen are high. This year it's crazy high.

So my asthma and allergy symptoms are under control, but I am still feeling extremly tired all the time during these months. Any ideas what else I can do to improve that?
