Found a strange guy in panampilli park

I found a guy aged around 20 doing pull up on the branches of the tree even though people are sittiing shaking thr e tire tree, then he did push up with legs raised andn kept on tree and then he walked around the whole park and removed some plastic wastw. At last he took his lightsaber like umbrells and left the park. Also he talks to himself.
