Bringing the Vostravian to 10th edition.

So the last time Vostravian were in 40k was 8th edition where there regimental rule upgraded the range of there lasguns from 24 inches to 30 inch range. Would that be balanced in 10th edition if dropped for instance the Cadian Shock troops special rule of objective secure in favor of that. This would be casual games only but I wanted thoughts.
