built this pdf engine , can open complex 100+mb pdf files in milliseconds at 60+fps

initially built this for myself , needed to open pdfs , mark up , do takeoffs , cad plans , it took so much time and Bluebeam & Planswift were so expensive , so i decided to try it , now i have 20+ clients and they all swear by it, its their daily driver.
