Red switches becoming insensitive

Hello! I have a Keychron keyboard with red switches, and now 2.5 years after purchase suddenly a lot of keys are becoming insensitive. Swapping around the switches helps a little, the 'home button' requiring mashing isn't quite as bad as W needing it, but it's starting to affect quite a lot of the switches. What can I do? Do I have to start ordering new red switches?
