Certificate of Inheritance

Hi, I would kindly like to ask po if anyone here knows anything about Certificate of Inheritance here in PH?

Brief background po, my mother suddenly died in France last March 29 😔 Meron siya bank account dun na naka-freeze. May kausap po kami na local notary dun and sabi need ng Certificate of Inheritance which I believe is wala po tayo nun dito.

May nag sabi na Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate daw po, but as per their local notary, it does not constitute formal proof of the existence and identity of all the heirs to the estate. And need daw po nila is a document similar to family record book or a certificate if inheritance issued by the Philippine Authorities.
