Nail polish and speck-sized tinies

Hii all, so today I was thinking about how fun it would be if some big lady was doing her mani/pedicure and either didn't notice or intentionally sprinkled some tiny specks on her nails before going over them with nail polish, sealing them in like teeny-tiny charms. Ones that manage to lift themselves up can cure into solid, modern-art-esque statues.
What're your thoughts? Love it, hate it, any similar entrapment/encasement scenarios that you love?
