Chef agencies in London (commis)

Hey.

I was hoping this sub can help me find any decent chef agencies in London.

I’m really struggling to find anything. I’ve completed my commis chef apprenticeship and I’ve been trying to find work in cuisine that I actually want to gain mastery in. But so far all the trial shifts I went to have been unsuccessful.

So for the time being I’d like to work part time in decent high end kitchens to maintain my skills.

Are there any agencies that you have been with that you’d recommend?
