Great Dane ownership costs in the UK? Looking for advice

Hi everyone 😊

I’ve wanted a Great Dane for years and I’m starting to seriously look into getting one in the future. Before I do, I’d love to hear from UK owners about the realistic costs involved.

Roughly how much do they cost per month to care for? Food, insurance, vet bills etc — any honest experiences or advice would be really appreciated!

I just want to make sure I could properly afford to give one a great/cushy life before making the commitment 🐾

(I’m used to owning smaller breeds so I know the general costs can add up, but I’d really appreciate some insight from experienced giant breed owners.)
