Servicing LG multi V5 system

We are starting to see more of these systems pop up in our area and we have a customer who has a building with this system that we will soon be maintaining. I’m not sure when we will be going to any of the classes, but I’m trying to do some research on what exactly is required to maintain and service these units because I’m told this building will eventually be assigned to me..

According to the equipment list, this building has nearly 100 IDUs (a mix of wall, ceiling, and ducted units). The customer states that he wants us to service these according to the manufacture specs, which includes cleaning the drain pans and they want it done every six months. The manuals I’m finding online are basic owners manuals that only show cleaning the filters and nothing else.

Then there are the condensing units. Other than cleaning coils, what else is there to do on these? Just a visual inspection of the coil/electrical/pcbs?
