Budget 'Baller: Self wield obedience

I've been looking for an offline fire Sorc build that I like. My demon machine sorc is ok, but I feel like she needs a lot more gear to really shine. Don't know why I didn't think of it sooner but holding obedience & flickering flame gets us 35-40% minus enemy fire resistance. We can still reach 105 FCR with a 15 FCR amulet.

It does need Arachs so not bargain basement, but offline I need multiple Jah & Lo before Phoenix is top of the priority list.

Do people max inferno for meteor damage? Or is there something else you like to put skill points into?
