Why is everyone exhausted by 3PM now?
This sounds dramatic but I genuinely think modern work culture normalized fatigue.
Everyone:
- lives on coffee
- sleeps badly
- eats inconsistently
- works constantly
and somehow we treat exhaustion like a personality trait now.
I started looking more deeply into nutrition recently and realized how many people are probably dealing with:
- low iron
- poor nutrient intake
- stress-related fatigue
which is why ingredients like moringa suddenly became popular again.
Not because it’s a miracle ingredient. But because people are trying to rebuild basic nutritional consistency.
Feels less like “wellness culture” and more like survival at this point honestly.
