Would You Take This Job in My Position?

TL;DR: Got offered a job in Dubai after working with them during an event. Salary after internship would be AED 4–6k. Since I live with my parents, I can save money and gain strong international experience, but I’m conflicted about giving up the independence and personal growth that comes from living alone. Unsure if the career opportunity is worth the sacrifice.

I (F, late 20s) got a job offer here in Dubai. After the internship period of 3 months starting next month, they are offering a salary of 4-6k depending on my performance. I had not applied for this job, they offered it after I worked closely with the company during an event. They were looking for a candidate since months.

I have residents visa as my parents are here. I also did my schooling here partially. So I'm not a stranger to this place. As much as I appreciate the comfort and convenience, i would miss watching sunrise from a green hilltop or just roaming around with no plans. If the salary was very good I wouldn't mind the sacrifice for a couple of years.

In my previous job (also my first) I was earning only 40k INR. I was living paycheck to paycheck (enth pattiyalum parents indallo enna ahangaram) in a major city in India. The job was good but I was burnt out. Still I liked that I had complete autonomy despite limited resources and time (the working hours were crazy). I had plans to start something on my own as well.

If I accept the job here, I'll be living with my parents. The good thing is I won't have to pay for rent or food. I can save atleast 2k every month. The company is super small size but has international recognition. This will look great on my CV and can be used as a leverage for better opportunities and salary when I return to India. I will also learn new skills.

Now to the main point. My parents are liberal and they have supported me and never stopped me from pursing a career thats not conventional or known for being well paying (but it's always looked up as a fancy job by outsiders). But no matter how old you are, parents will see you as their child. In my opinion, living alone is important for character development and exploring different versions of your personality. I have also not lived with my parents for more that a 6 month period for over 10 years.

The question is whether this job is worth the sacrifice. I'm torn between both. I need a reality check.
