The beginning of scabies ??? Again? 😭

Does this look like scabies or could it be smth else ? I’ve had it before 1,5 year ago but now I’m thinking that I might be getting the itch from constantly being in fear that it’s the scabies... got an itch in the morning and once in the evening 😭😭😭 i AM SO DONE my whole family hates me because I was patient 0 last time and now I’m going to see them again and they’re freaking out …

i can’t even see a doctor before seeing them
