Help with installing Witcher 3 from gog

Hello!

I am trying to install The Witcher 3 from GOG, it comes with 2 exe's,

(setup\_the\_witcher\_3\_wild\_hunt\_-\_game\_of\_the\_year\_edition\_4.04a\_redkit\_update\_2\_(73662))

and

(setup\_the\_witcher\_3\_wild\_hunt\_goty\_1.31\_(a)\_(9709))

Do i need to first install 1.31 and then update to 4.04a or i install directly 4.04a?

Tanks and sorry for the dumb question but i am a bit new to all this.
