Anything I can do about someone being racist to me?

Hello reddit, today my friend hit someones car today and while I was trying to talk to her to get her information for insurance and calm her down a bit by saying its ok we are really sorry we’ll pay for the damages she was yelling for my friends license and wouldn’t listen to me.

We did intended to give her the license but she was being extremely aggressive, so I was just asking her to calm down a but so I could also get her information (for insurance). I’m assuming thats why she kept yelling. She kept yelling at us about how we weren’t even Australian and we were living in this house that should be left for Australians. I’m not sure if it’s relevant but she looked Asian-Australian.

She took a picture of my friend’s license then threw it back at us and kept making rude remarks in regard to our race and cussing us out until she got in her car and drove away.

(I’m not asking for advice about the accident my friend did say she was sorry and it was her fault and I can see how that can be frustrating but it was a minor accident)

Anyways we were not able to get any of her information as she was being extremely aggressive and yelling and jumping around, so I’m assuming theres nothing we can do about it.

But that leads to my question would there be anything I could do about this issue? We don’t have cameras in front of our house where the accident happened and none of our neighbors have them either. Anyone I could talk to about this issue etc?
